When you are looking for professional meetings you should prefer booking meeting rooms over Hotel rooms. Meeting rooms are more convinient and cost efficient as they can be booked on hourly basis . Moreover, why book a whole conference hall when you are a small group? Meetings in a Restaurant is not a good option for you if it’s a confidential one. Calls in office premises can be disturbing to others. Clients get impressed with the food & ambience you provide to them

Booking of meeting rooms should be made atleast 48 hours prior to the date of execution as bookings are subject to availability of rooms and we cannot confirm the booking at the last minute.

Meeting rooms are booked on hourly basis as confirmed by the clients. Additional charges would apply to anything over and above the booking hours.

At the time of booking, full payment( (100%) must be made in advance via cash or bank transfer.  The invoice will be shared with the client for the same.

1 week or 7 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee is refunded 

Less than 1 week or 7 days prior: NO REFUND

Rescheduling of meeting is possible but it is subjected to availability.
