Yes, outside food and service providers are allowed.

Sorry, Non-veg food, Alcohol based drinks or even smoking is not allowed here and guests are requested to strictly avoid the same.

Booking of venues should be made atleast 48 hours prior to the date of execution as bookings are subjected to availability of spaces and we cannot confirm the booking at the last minute.

Bookings will be made against the time slot as confirmed by the client, anything over and above that would be billed on additional basis.

At the time of booking, full payment( (100%) must be made in advance via cash or bank transfer.  The invoice will be shared with the client for the same.

1 week or 7 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee is refunded 

Less than 1 week or 7 days prior: NO REFUND

Rescheduling of meeting is possible but it is subjected to availability.

– No Alcohol, Smoking or Non-veg allowed
– Any food or drink is not allowed to carry in the lift neither any heavy or large items
– Any tapes, adhesive or stickers is not allowed on walls or pillars except if taken prior permission from admin
– Sound should not be so loud as it may disturb the neighbours
– Rain dance can be operated continously for 15 mins after which it has to be paused for 10 mins to start again
– Client has to introduce the outside service providers like Caterer, Decorater, DJ etc. to the Admin much prior to the event
– Kids have to be guided by Elders at the Rooftop
– Electricity backup is available only for lights, fans and sound (at low volume only)
– Client will be responsible for any damage to the property and has to take extra care about the Water, Flowers & Tiles
– We will not be responsible for any casualty in events.
